Return Policy

At Fuel Saver Global, we understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, after you have implemented the testing process, you can return the product within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the remaining Green Fuel Tabs must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@fuelsaverglobal.info. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Once you have received your return authorization number, please securely package the item and include the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
